Carol Sue BBQ N Cheese Steaks

Carol Sue is a mobile food vendor that specializes in BBQ and Cheese Steaks. They also have brisket, ribs, and pulled pork that they smoke for hours to make sure it falls off the bone! Check them out!

Emmett’s Paddy Wagon

Emmett specializes in mid-western cuisine with an Irish twist. Enjoy this pulled pork mac n cheese or loaded totchos (tater tots, pulled pork, shredded cheese, tomatoes, sour cream & BBQ sauce). Emmett’s can be found every Saturday at the Wabash Farmer’s Market. His menu changes frequently so check out Facebook for what he is serving next!

For Goodness Shakes

For Goodness Shakes is a BRAND new food truck, that serves premium Chocolate Shoppe ice cream by the scoop or as a flight if you can’t decide on just one flavor! Offering a variety of sundaes and shakes, including our Chocolate Lovers, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter Lovers. YUM!!  Be on the lookout for the ice cream nachos too!  For Goodness Shakes is the ultimate way to enjoy a tasty treat while also giving back to Wabash County as 33% of the profits are put back right into our community! I personally recommend the hot fudge sundae!

The Franklin by Market Street Grill is a mobile bar designed to serve wine, beer, cocktails, & more! Bringing top-of-the-line bartending service from Market Street Grill to you, the Franklin can offer your next event a unique experience & excellent service. I personally recommend a rum and coke!

Nick’s Dog Cart

Nick’s specializes in 1/4-pound all-beef hot dogs available with several different kinds of toppings. The classic ketchup and mustard combo, Chicago style, Detroit style, and kraut/pepper combo! My personal favorite is mustard, onion, and extra relish! YUM!!

Red Barn Elephant Ears

Red Barn specializes in made-to-order elephant ears. Elephant ears are an Indiana delicacy also known as “fried dough” – a fried circle of dough that is coated in cinnamon and sugar! Red Barn is a staple for the Wabash County Fair and reminds me of my childhood.

Rusty’s Chicken

Rusty’s Chicken specializes in leg quarters and red-skinned potatoes. They serve chicken salad sandwiches, loaded potatoes, grilled tenderloins, and loaded nachos also!

The Shakin’ Dog is a food truck that specializes in pulled pork sandwiches, pulled pork nachos, chili dogs, walking tacos, brisket and lemon shake ups!! YUM!

Sweet Shack offers fresh 32 oz lemonades in a variety of flavors.  Some of the flavors include strawberry, peach, mango, and blueberry!  On special occasions, they offer plant-based energy infusions as well as mini donuts! My personal favorite is strawberry lemonade!

Tim’s Thai 2 Go is a veteran-owned and operated food truck based in Wabash Indiana, that provides quick and Thai-Licious Thai street food and drinks on the go. Tim’s is a staple for Downtown Wabash’s First Friday with a line that goes down the block and for good reason. Tim himself promises it will be Thai-riffic! I can’t recommend the spring rolls enough!
