DRY SPARKLING WINE
Prosecco. LaLuca Wines – Treviso, Italy
Delight in the captivating bouquet of Bosc pear, acacia blossom, green melon, and sun-kissed tangerine — a fragrant prelude that gracefully unfolds on the palate. Lively bursts of pineapple and citrus cream add vibrancy and texture, while a subtle touch of salinity lends finesse to the finish. Each sip reveals a refreshing interplay of ripe juiciness and crystalline clarity, making this wine a radiant and well-balanced expression of elegance.

DRY ROSE WINE
Rose 2023. Hampton Water – Pays d’Oc, France
Jon Bon Jovi, and his son Jesse, the 2023 Hampton Water Rosé is a vibrant, medium-bodied blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Mourvèdre. This expressive wine opens with bright notes of ripe melon, cherry, and stone fruit, layered with hints of dried herbs and warming spice. A refined wet-stone minerality adds depth and elegance, while a whisper of oak spice lends a subtle, savory finish. Balanced and refreshing, it’s a rosé that sings with character and sophistication.

DRY RED WINE
The Crusher Pinot Noir 2019. Don Sebastiani & Sons –
Napa, California
Radiant aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and rhubarb rise from the glass, accented by a subtle touch of pepper spice. On the palate, juicy cranberry intertwines with notes of black tea and violet candy, all supported by fine-grained tannins and refreshing acidity. The result is a well-balanced wine with a flavorful, lingering finish.

DRY RED WINE
Zinfandel – Dashe Cellars – Alameda, California
Bursting with intense flavors of blackberry and cassis, this Dry Creek Zinfandel offers a seductive blend of richness and finesse. Subtle notes of dark chocolate and licorice add depth and intrigue, while vibrant acidity brings clarity and lift. With its luscious texture, layered fruit complexity, and a long, balanced finish of red berries, this is among the most sensual expressions of Zinfandel crafted from Dry Creek — bold, elegant, and unforgettable.

SWEET RED WINE
Serena 2021. Valter Barbero – Piemonte, Italy
Uncover the charm of “Serena,” a captivating wine that opens with delicate aromas of rose petals and subtle notes reminiscent of rhubarb-strawberry pie. On the palate, it reveals a vibrant medley of raspberry and cherry, layered with a touch of sweetness and bright acidity.
