Homeschool Science Lab with Manchester University: Sensory System

April 13 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am

You may know how your senses help you taste your favorite foods or hear a friend calling your name – but how do these abilities actually work? At this month’s Homeschool Science program, students from Manchester University’s Biology Department will guide participants through a series of hands‑on stations all about the Sensory System.

The sensory system is the part of the human body that allows us to see, hear, smell, taste, and touch. It’s something we rely on constantly, often without even noticing. During this interactive session, homeschoolers will get a behind‑the‑scenes look at how these senses function and why they’re so important for understanding the world around us.

We hope you’ll join us for this engaging, curiosity‑sparking exploration!
