Educational Babytime: Infant Massage Class with Abigail Tackett

November 12 @ 10:00 am - 10:30 am

What if a simple touch could say, “I see you. I’m here. You’re safe.”

Long before babies have words, they communicate through their senses. Infant massage combines gentle, nurturing touch with eye contact, soothing sounds, and positive interaction to create meaningful moments of connection.

As you slow down and notice your baby’s cues, you learn more about one another while building comfort, trust, and connection. Beyond bonding and relaxation, infant massage also supports circulation, gastrointestinal and immune system function, and provides comfort with concerns such as gas, colic, teething and congestion.

Sometimes the most powerful connections begin with the gentlest touch.

Lead by Abigail Tackett, Maternal Outreach Nurse through Parkview Wabash for 2 years She was a Labor and Delivery Nurse for 14 years previously. Abigail is also a certified Lactaction Consultant and Certified Car Seat Technician.
