An abundance of delicious apples in the fall often leaves you with a few “bad” apples in the basket. Come to Chefs on Wheels and learn how to turn mushy apples with brown spots into a velvety applesauce. Instead of throwing food away, you can create something delicious for your whole family to enjoy!
