Freezer Pleasers with Purdue Extension

We’re excited to welcome Jessi Huston, Health & Human Sciences Educator, back to the library for a special session on make-ahead meals!

Participants will learn about freezer foods and prep lasagna roll ups to freeze and enjoy at their own homes. There will be a sample of the lasagna roll ups as well prepared ahead of time for taste testing.

Jessi will cover proper storage, tips, recipes that freeze well, and talk about what does not freeze well during this program. We invite you to join us to learn all about the best ways to freeze food and how to get a head start on your meals!
