Preschool program: Amphibians
Preschool-age children and their adults are invited to Salamonie Preschool’s Amphibians program on April 16. Children will learn about these native animals and meet a live frog.
Children ages 2 – 5 and their adults are welcome to attend the class from 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at Salamonie Interpretive Center located in Lost Bridge West SRA, Andrews.
Each program is designed to enhance the preschooler’s basic education, including music, crafts, social interaction, and time outdoors, always with a nature-related theme.
The program fee is $3 per child. Advance registration is requested. Register by calling Upper Wabash Interpretive Services at (260) 468-2127. When the entrance gate is open at Salamonie Lake, gate fees apply – $7 per Indiana vehicle or $50 for an annual permit to all State Parks.
