MPS Eggs | Management Development Program
Position Summary:
As a Management Development Intern, your work with bird health and operational efficiency across departments. In the live production area, you’ll manage avian health, feeding, and lighting for laying hens. The egg processing area involves learning egg washing, packing, shipping, and shift management. In pullet growing area, you’ll focus on young bird health, covering vaccination, feeding, and environment management. Lastly, the feed production area includes understanding feed mill operations and bird nutrition, ensuring quality from grain intake to feed delivery. Working closely with experienced team members is key to developing skills and building trust.
