Lunch & Learn: Charcuterie Boards

Join Jessi from Purdue Extension of Wabash County for a delicious lunchtime workshop all about building beautiful (and tasty!) charcuterie boards. Learn how to create boards that are both budget-friendly and seasonal, with tips for pairing flavors, balancing textures, and making spreads that work for everyday gatherings or special occasions.
Participants will assemble their own charcuterie board using provided small boards and a variety of food fixings – and will take their board home to use again for future entertaining!
