We’re thrilled to announce that the Wabash County Fellowship Program is entering its third year! Designed specifically for college juniors and seniors, the program connects top talent with meaningful employment opportunities in Wabash County. Our goal is simple: recruit the best and brightest young professionals to experience all that Wabash County has to offer, with the hope that many will make it their home after graduation.

Over the past two years, our fellows have contributed to community projects, supported local organizations, and gained invaluable experiences in both professional and personal growth—all while building lasting connections. None of this would be possible without our incredible partner employers, whose support makes the program a success and ensures each fellow receives a high-quality, impactful experience.

As we kick off Year Three, we’re excited to continue fostering the next generation of leaders who are committed to serving and growing Wabash County. Whether interests lie in civic engagement, economic development, finance, engineering, marketing, or social programs, the Wabash County Fellowship Program offers a unique platform to learn, contribute, and grow.
