SUMMARY:Young Professionals Lunch & Learn
DESCRIPTION:The Leader Within: Owning Your Influence From The Inside Out \nWe often talk about “The Leadership” as if it were a small group of people in a boardroom. The reality is that leadership is not a destination or a title; it is a way of being. In this session\, we will dismantle the myth that you need a specific role to lead and explore how every individual\, from the front desk to the C-suite\, is an architect of their organization’s culture. By embracing a posture of functional equality\, attendees will learn how to own their personal power\, initiate solutions\, and lead through healthy influence.
