It supports fine motor skills\, hand‑eye coordination\, focus\, and patience\, while giving kids a simple\, confidence‑building way to create art one stitch at a time. DESCRIPTION:Preschool-age children and their adults are invited to Salamonie’s “Camping” program on August 20. Children will learn how much fun camping can be through activities and crafts. \nChildren ages 2 – 5 and their adults are welcome to attend the class from 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at Salamonie Interpretive Center located in Lost Bridge West SRA\, Andrews. \nEach program is designed to enhance the preschooler’s basic education\, including music\, crafts\, social interaction\, and time outdoors\, always with a nature-related theme. \nThe program fee is $3 per child. Advance registration is requested. Register by calling Upper Wabash Interpretive Services at (260) 468-2127.
