The program begins with caregivers and children participating in five monthly Rhythm + Regulate group coaching workshops that uses rhythm\, movement\, and relational practices to strengthen regulation skills\, improve connection\, and build confidence in daily caregiving interactions. \nChristy brings clinical training\, lived parenting experience\, and nervous system informed education to support families in building safety\, steadiness\, and connection under real world conditions. \nSession 2: Helping Big Feelings Settle\nThis week focuses on emotional regulation for both caregivers and children. DESCRIPTION:Chiles en escabeche is a Spanish term that can be traced back to Persian origins. Eventually the use of the phrase spread to Latin America. This take on chiles en escabeche involves lightly sautéing hot peppers alongside herbs\, spices and veggies to bring out the flavors before submerging them in a home brewed vinegar. A portion of the time will be devoted to the basics of brewing vinegar at home. Chiles en Escabeche is a great condiment to keep in the refrigerator year round and use on morning eggs\, soups and sandwiches. Participants will enjoy a tasting featuring homemade bread and goat cheese.
